ROOM DIVIDER PROJECT INSTRUCTIONS

1. PREP YOUR WORK AREA
Work outside or in a well-ventilated area. Cover the ground with a drop cloth, tarp, or protective surface cover to help protect from overspray.
2. CLEAN AND PREP THE ROOM DIVIDER
Wipe down each panel to remove dust or residue. If the surface is glossy or uneven, lightly sand it with fine-grit sandpaper, then wipe clean before painting.
3. SPRAY PAINT THE FIRST SIDE
Shake your COLORSHOT Premium Spray Paint well, then spray the first side of the room divider using light, even coats. Keep the can moving as you spray to help prevent drips and create smooth coverage.
4. LET DRY & DISPLAY!
Let the paint dry to the touch, then apply additional light coats as needed for full pink coverage. Once dry, carefully flip the room divider and repeat on the other side. Allow the finished divider to dry completely before moving it into your dorm room.
PAINTED FRAMES PROJECT INSTRUCTIONS

1. PREP YOUR WORK AREA
Work outside or in a well-ventilated area. Cover your surface with a protective cover, drop cloth, newspaper, or cardboard to help protect from overspray.
2. TAKE APART THE FRAMES
Remove the glass, backing, photos, and any inserts from each frame. If anything cannot be removed, cover it with wrapping paper, newspaper, or painter’s tape so only the frame surface is exposed.
3. CLEAN AND LIGHTLY SAND
Wipe the frames clean to remove dust and residue. For glossy, slick, or uneven surfaces, lightly sand with fine-grit sandpaper, then wipe clean again before painting.
4. SPRAY PAINT THE FRAMES
Shake each COLORSHOT Premium Spray Paint can well. Spray the frames using light, even coats, keeping the can moving as you paint. Use a different COLORSHOT color for each frame, or mix and match shades to create a bright, coordinated dorm room palette.
5. LET DRY, RECOAT & DISPLAY
Let the paint dry to the touch, then add additional light coats as needed for full coverage. Once the frames are completely dry, reassemble them with photos, prints, or art and display them on a shelf, desk, or gallery wall.
