GRAND PRIZE
The Grand Prize Winner of the Campaign (the “Winner”) – will receive four cans of COLORSHOT Premium Spray Paints (Paparazzi, Pixie Dust, VIP and Heads or Tails) valued at an approximate suggested retail value of $7.99 each and a $50 Michaels gift card, up to $82 total prize value. Actual/appraised value may differ at time of prize award. The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by COLORSHOT. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at COLORSHOT’s discretion. The prize is nontransferable. Any and all prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes, shall be the sole responsibility of Winner. No substitution of prize or transfer/assignment of prize to others or request for the cash equivalent by Winner is permitted.
