Prepare your materials for this spray paint art project. To make your own botanical prints, you’ll need assorted dried, faux, or fresh foliage. For this project, we used monstera, palm, fan palm, and fern leaves with Summer Pedicure, Orange Slice, Island Girl, and Emoji for a lush tropical palette. You can use any foliage and color palette to complement your home décor!
Arrange your foliage onto paper. Get creative with your arrangements to make these botanical prints one-of-a-kind! Spray several light coats of paint until your desired level of color is achieved, allowing paint to dry between coats.
Try using multiple colors to create unique gradients with spray paint! This botanical print uses a refreshing combination of Orange Slice and Summer Pedicure.
Once the paint has dried to the touch, carefully remove the foliage from the paper. Seal your spray paint art with COLORSHOT Clear Sealer Glossif desired. Allow the botanical prints to dry completely.
Pop your botanical prints into a set of matching frames, then they’re ready to display! These framed botanical prints are the perfect way to add a tropical touch of color to your space.
