Spray Painted Monogram Chairs

COLORSHOT Spray Painted Monogram Chairs

Royalty deserves a throne to sit on, don't you think? And since you are the queen of throwing the best dinner parties around, you and your guests should dine while sitting on chairs that deserve to be in your presence. BUT, that doesn't mean you have to max out your credit card on golden chairs lined with jewels; you can upcycle a simple set of chairs easily with COLORSHOT Premium Spray Paint so it only looks like you spent a fortune. Grab your current chairs or go discount shopping, then grab a monogram sticker and your favorite spray paint colors for a stunning set of seats for your soiree.

What you need:

- COLORSHOT Premium Spray Paint (we used PrimerLucky Penny and Cosmo)

- Clear lucite chairs

- Sticky letter stencils

- Masking tape

Lucite chair BEFORE.

Make sure chair is clean and free of any dust. Place a sticky monogram stencil on the backside of chair backing. (Make sure letter is facing the correct way from the front view!)

Spray several light coats of Lucky Penny (or desired color) over the stencil openings. Let dry between coats. Tip: Since metallic colors aren't as opaque as gloss or matte, we sprayed a coat of Primer over the final coat of Lucky Penny to seal in the color before adding Cosmo over the top for the rest of the chair backing.

Remove the stencil and once your base is completely dry, you can spray Cosmo or desired color over the backside of chair (make sure to mask off the rest of the chair to protect from overspray). Remember to apply color in light coats for best results. Let dry completely.

We don't know about you, but we think these chairs are worthy of royalty. Now your party guests can feel like they are sitting on a throne when dining at your table.
