Striped Magazine Holder

COLORSHOT Magazine Holder

In case you haven't been able to tell from our other posts, we're sort of into details around here. We like things the way we like them and we can't help it. And how do we like things? COLORFUL, of course! Building an empire starts with an inspiring space, after all! A simple magazine holder is easy to add stripes to for a fun new way to store your files and magazines. Get out the COLORSHOT, a roll of masking tape and get ready to paint like a pro.

What you need:

- COLORSHOT Premium Spray Paint (we used Island Girl, Scuba and Smoke & Mirrors)

- Magazine holder

- Masking tape

Make sure your magazine holder is clean and free of any dust. Tape off the holder, leaving only the first striped section exposed. Spray several light coats of color until desired coverage is achieved. Remove the tape and let dry completely.

Tape over the first painted section, as well as other parts of the holder, leaving only the section next to the first painted stripe exposed. Repeat painting process with your next color. Remove tape, let dry and repeat taping and painting until the holder is to your liking.
