Make sure your coffee table is clean and free of any dust. If there is any part of it that you don't want painted, make sure to mask it off with tape before you begin spraying.
Spray several light coats of color over table, letting dry in between coats. It's always better to spray light coats instead of one heavy coat to prevent color pooling and running. Let dry completely.
